Rick and Morty is a Science Fiction Black Comedy franchise created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon.

The franchise is based around the misadventures of The Alcoholic Mad Scientist Rick Sanchez, his fretful grandson Morty Smith, his granddaughter Summer Smith, his daughter, Beth Smith and his loser son-in-law Jerry Smith across the Multiverse.
